当下影视行业的飞速发展对影视后期制作人才提出了更高的要求,这一定程度上造成了实践型影视后期制作人员的稀缺,因此,如何培养高素质的影视后期制作人才满足市场发展需求是各中职学校面临的直接又现实的问题。笔者通过多年动漫实践教学经验,认为以工作室教学模式培养影视后期制作人才具有很大的优势,本文将阐述工作室教学模式的涵义和作用,并基于此对工作室教学模式培养影视后期制作人才进行实践性探索。
