合作学习是新课程改革所倡导的自主、探索与合作的学习方式,作为一种新型的现代化教学模式,冲破了传统课堂教学中教师垄断性讲解模式的束缚,不仅可以激发学生学习兴趣,提高其自主学习、理解记忆、深入探索等各方面能力,还能够进一步培养学生的团队协作精神。现阶段,许多教师在合作学习模式的运用上还存在一定弊端,诸如合作学习浮于表面、流于形式等,这在一定程度上导致合作学习未实现其深层价值,没有真正发挥出促进学生全面发展的优势作用。
