结节病是一种原因不明的疾病,它以非干酪坏死性肉芽肿累及全身多脏器为特征,尤以肺部多见。过去几年我省结节病报道极少,1983年本科才收治1例,但近2年本科新确诊病例达7例,这说明结节病不仅在寒冷气候省份多见,江西地区也不少见,过去报道此病例甚少,可能与我们对该病认识不足有关。现就本科收治的8例作如下分析。临床资料一、一般资料本组病例中男2例、女6例;30～40岁2例,41～50岁6例;籍贯为江西6例,上海、湖北各1例。二、临床表现 1.从症状出现到确诊时间:3个月以内
