目的评价某建筑铝型材生产项目职业病危害控制措施的效果。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法与检测等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果建设项目的厂址选择、总平面布置、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、卫生防护设施基本符合国家有关法规要求,应急救援、职业卫生管理制度不健全。该项目生产过程中产生有毒有害因素主要有硫酸、氢氧化钠、粉尘(铝尘、尼龙66、锰尘)、氟化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氨、铬、噪声、高温、辐射热等。部分作业岗位噪声、一氧化碳、硫酸、粉尘监测结果不符合国家卫生标准,如熔炼车间的一氧化碳时间加权平均(TWA)浓度和短时接触浓度(STEL)均为16.8~200.0mg/m3,氧化着色槽旁硫酸TWA和STEL均为1.05~12.10mg/m3;表面处理车间喷涂处粉尘TWA浓度为15.75mg/m3,STEL为7.0~77.0mg/m3,锯棒处噪声强度为110dB(A)。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效可行,但仍存在一些问题,如能按该评价所提要求进行整改,可通过竣工验收。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control measures in a building aluminum production project. Methods The methods of on-site investigation, checklist and testing were used to evaluate the construction projects. Results The construction site selection, general layout, production process and equipment layout, building hygiene, and health protection facilities basically met the requirements of relevant state laws and regulations. Emergency rescue and occupational health management systems were not perfect. The main toxic and harmful factors in the production process of the project are sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, dust (aluminum dust, nylon 66, manganese dust), hydrogen fluoride, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, chromium, noise, high temperature and radiant heat. Part of the operating post noise, carbon monoxide, sulfuric acid, dust monitoring results do not meet the national health standards, such as the carbon monoxide time weighted average (TWA) concentration and short-term exposure concentration (STEL) were 17.8 ~ 200.0mg / m3, TWA and STEL of para-sulfuric acid were both 1.05 ~ 12.10mg / m3; the TWA concentration of sprayed place of surface treatment workshop was 15.75mg / m3, the STEL was 7.0 ~ 77.0mg / m3 and the noise intensity of saw bar was 110dB (A). Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are basically effective. However, there are still some problems. If the rectification can be carried out according to the requirements mentioned in the appraisal, they can be checked and approved for completion.
