由于早期建设规划的原因,以及对产业园区的认识偏见,对商业配套的问题本身不够重视,导致了开发区建设的同时,未能按照城市发展的思路人性化地去配置商业与休闲服务设施。如何解决商业及休闲服务业配套建设的不足已是开发区建设中的一个课题。本研究选择了浦东新区最具有代表性的三个产业发展区域:陆家嘴金融贸易区、金桥出口加工区、张江高科技园区,进行了比较深入的调查研究,并就这三个区域的商业及休闲服务配套建设问题提出建议。
Due to the reasons of the early construction planning and the prejudices on the industrial park, the problems of the commercial support are not taken seriously enough. As a result, the construction of the development zone has failed to be humanely allocated to the commercial and leisure service facilities in accordance with the urban development. How to solve the problem of supporting the construction of commercial and leisure services has become an issue in the development of the zone. The study selected the three most representative industrial development zones in Pudong New Area: Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, Jinqiao Export Processing Zone and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, conducted in-depth investigation and study, and conducted business and leisure activities in these three regions Service package construction issues to make recommendations.
