春节刚过,淮河流域各路水利专家、教授和科技工作者就汇集一堂——淮河研究会第二届学术研讨会于2月21—22日在蚌埠召开。与会代表中有中国水利学会环境水利研究会主任委员姚榜义,有前淮委主任蔡敬荀、前总工程师吴本瑞等许多年过六、七旬的治淮前辈及华东师范大学、河海大学的专家教授,有在各级岗位上肩挑重任的领导,还有刚出校门不久的青年科技工作者,共70余人。
