It analyzes the importance of the further development of the market economy, the increasingly fierce competition in the enterprise and the centralized management of the capital of the enterprise group, and points out some problems in the centralized management of the capital of the enterprise group in the aspects of cognition, system and informationization. In response to these problems, centralized management of enterprise groups need to continuously strengthen risk awareness, improve the management system, build an information platform in order to better protect the business needs.
