在华南地区稀有放线菌分类研究期间,从广州市郊土壤中分离到一株吸水链霉菌,菌株编号618。该菌株发酵液具有较广的抗菌谱,对引起广西柑、橙贮藏期果腐的指状青霉、白边青霉和短梗霉,以及引起十字花科蔬菜软腐的欧文氏杆菌,均有明显的抑菌活性。试验表明:发酵液对灵香草细菌性软腐病的防治效果,等于或优于200ppm链霉素。对柑橙防腐保鲜效果优于多菌灵。
During the classification of rare actinomycetes in southern China, a strain of Streptomyces hygroscopicus was isolated from soil in the suburbs of Guangzhou. The strain has a broad spectrum of antibacterial fermentation broth, Penicillium citrinum, Penicillium albacore and Aureobasidium pullulans, and Erwinia bacteria that cause soft rot of cruciferous vegetables in Guangxi citrus and orange during storage Obvious antibacterial activity. The results showed that the control effect of fermentation broth on the bacterial soft rot of Lingxiang herb was equal to or better than 200ppm streptomycin. Preservative citrus fruit preservation better than carbendazim.
