“吸引教育”是美国著名的教育大师威廉柏奇提出和创立的,“吸引式”教学主张是一种基于人本主义心理学思想和社会民主化实践的教育观念。数学课堂对学生有多大的吸引力,直接影响着学生对数学的感受和学习的长效。“吸引式”教学主张以打造优质高效的课堂教学为核心,不断激发学生的学习内驱力,促进学生养成良好的学习习惯,结合不同年龄段学生的认知特点,用数学材料中所蕴含的数学思想方法的有趣、有用与美妙来打动、吸引学生。
