2010年8月23日下午,人民大会堂澳门厅里不时传来一阵阵掌声,参加第四届中国社会保障论坛的部分专家和学者,围绕“新农保与养老保障城乡统筹”和“社会保险基金监管与投资运营”两个主题做了精彩的演讲,或激情呼吁,或理性辨析。
On the afternoon of August 23, 2010, some rounds of applause from time to time came to the Macau Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Some experts and scholars attending the Fourth China Social Security Forum revolved around the theme of “co-ordinating the new rural social security and the pension insurance for urban and rural areas” and “ ”Social Insurance Fund Supervision and Investment Operations " two themes made a wonderful speech, or passionate appeal, or rational analysis.
