目的评估职业高中学生的网络使用与心理健康状况,分析影响网络使用状况的心理因素。方法对东莞市某职业中学高中3个年级的903名学生进行心理健康和网络使用情况问卷调查,并对影响其网络使用情况的心理因素进行分析。结果有网络使用问题者125人,占14.0%;其中网络成瘾者7例,占0.78%。整体心理健康不良倾向的检出率为39.0%,3.7%的学生有明显的整体心理健康不良倾向。各种心理问题的检出率从高到低依次为学习压力感(13.9%)、适应不良(10.3%)、情绪不平衡(9.3%)、人际关系紧张与敏感(9.3%)、焦虑(8.4%)、强迫(7.7%)、敌对(6.3%)、偏执(6.3%)、抑郁(6.0%)、心理不平衡(5.0%)。影响网络使用状况的4个主要心理问题分别是情绪不平衡、适应不良、抑郁、学习压力。结论职业高中学生存在明显的心理健康问题,心理问题与网络使用状况有密切关系,特定年龄阶段和学习方式在心理问题产生中所起的作用应得到重视。
Objective To evaluate the internet usage and mental health of vocational high school students and analyze the psychological factors that affect the usage of internet. Methods A questionnaire survey on mental health and internet usage of 903 students in 3 grades in a vocational high school in Dongguan was conducted and the psychological factors influencing their internet usage were analyzed. As a result, there were 125 people who had internet use problems, accounting for 14.0%. Among them, 7 were internet addicts, accounting for 0.78%. The overall detection rate of negative mental health disorders was 39.0%, 3.7% of students have obvious overall mental health disorders. The detection rate of various psychological problems from high to low were as follows: stress of learning (13.9%), maladjustment (10.3%), emotional imbalance (9.3%), interpersonal tension and sensitivity (7.7%), hostile (6.3%), paranoid (6.3%), depressed (6.0%), and psychological imbalance (5.0%). The four major psychological problems that affect network usage are emotional imbalance, maladaptation, depression and learning pressure. Conclusion Vocational high school students have obvious mental health problems, psychological problems and network usage are closely related to specific age stages and learning styles in psychological problems should play an important role.
