12316 is the unified special code of public service of agricultural system enabled by the Ministry of Agriculture nationwide. It is specially established for the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of peasants, facilitating the reporting and technical consultation of the broad masses of peasants, and facilitating the provision of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers ” information services by the agricultural sector.
