随着我国经济市场化程度的提高和信用主体的大量增加,各类新型金融机构不断涌现,经营范围也在不断延伸,金融产品和创新服务更是层出不穷。本文依据《财政部国家税务总局关于全面推开营业税改征增值税试点的通知》(财税[2016]36号)及相关文件,对金融服务业增值税政策的操作要点进行分析。
With the improvement of the marketization of our economy and the substantial increase of the credit subject, various types of new financial institutions are constantly emerging and their business scope is constantly expanding. Financial products and innovative services are more and more emergent. Based on the Circular of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the Pilot Launch of the Business Tax Reform (VAT No. [2016] No. 36) and related documents, the article analyzes the operating points of the VAT policy of the financial services industry.
