Objective: To detect the expression of COX-2 and P53 in breast cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of COX-2 and P53 in 52 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: There was a strong positive expression of COX-2 and P53 in breast cancer tissues, and the positive expression of COX-2 was correlated with the differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). The positive expression of P53 was correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), but not with the degree of cancer differentiation and cancer The size has nothing to do with the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: COX-2 and P53 play an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
