目的探讨陶瓷粉尘对接尘工人肺功能的影响。方法分别检索1990—2012年在《维普中文科技期刊数据库》、《中国知网》、《万方数字化期刊数据库》、《PubMed》等刊物公开发表的原始文献,按剔除与纳入标准整理后进行meta分析,探讨陶瓷粉尘对肺功能影响程度,并作敏感性分析。结果 8篇原始文献被纳入作meta分析,累计暴露组5 220例,对照组2 951例,暴露组发生肺功能受损的风险是对照组的4.06(95%CI:3.26~4.86)倍。结论接触陶瓷粉尘的工人其肺功能受损风险更大,尤其是通气功能和小气道功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of ceramic dust on lung function of workers exposed to dust. Methods The original literatures published in the publications of “VIP Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database”, “CNKI”, “Wanfang Digitized Periodical Database” and “PubMed” from 1990 to 2012 were searched respectively, and metafunctions were retrieved after culling and inclusion criteria Analysis, to explore the impact of ceramic dust on lung function, and for sensitivity analysis. Results Eight original articles were included in the meta-analysis. There were 5220 cases in the cumulative exposure group and 2 951 cases in the control group. The risk of pulmonary function impairment in the exposed group was 4.06 (95% CI: 3.26-4.86) times of the control group. Conclusion Workers exposed to ceramic dust have a greater risk of impaired pulmonary function, especially ventilation and small airway function.
