以宜良雪峰生态园2005年引进的‘芒果枣’为试材,对其果实经济性状、生长结果习性、物候期、抗性等方面进行了观察与研究。结果表明:‘芒果枣’果实长椭圆形或长卵圆形,着色均匀,外观美;果实硬度适中,总糖含量达21.75%,总酸含量0.47%,维生素C含量1 500.0 mg/kg,口感较好,营养物质丰富,可食率达97.80%。果实9月上中旬进入红熟期,果实发育期132 d左右,年营养生长期235 d左右。坐果率9.27%,丰产性较好,经济效益高,适合在云南省宜良地区推广栽培。
Taking ’Mango jujube’ introduced in 2005 as the test material by Xiliang Xuefeng Ecological Park, its economic traits, growth habit, phenophase and resistance were observed and studied. The results showed that: ’Mango jujube’ long oval or oblong oval, uniform coloring, the appearance of beauty; moderate fruit hardness, total sugar content of 21.75%, total acid content of 0.47%, vitamin C content 1500mg / kg, taste Better, nutrient-rich, edible rate of 97.80%. Fruit set rate of 9.27%, good yield, good economic efficiency, suitable for popularization and cultivation in Yiliang, Yunnan Province.
