2012年4月6日,中国机械工业联合会组织有关专家在哈尔滨市召开了哈尔滨焊接研究所技术发展基金项目“煤化工重型压力容器主焊缝及内壁堆焊焊接材料与焊接工艺研究”科技成果鉴定会。会议由中国机械工业联合会科技工作部马敬坤处长主持。鉴定委员会由行业内8位知名专家组成:中国机械工程学会监事会会长宋天虎,哈尔滨工业大学威海分校校长冯吉才,天津大学李午申教授,大连理工大学刘黎明教授,装甲兵工程学院朱胜教授,太原重工股份有限公司副总工程师陈清阳,中国石化工程建设公司副总工程
April 6, 2012, China Machinery Industry Federation organized experts in Harbin Institute of Technology held a welding technology development fund project “coal chemical heavy pressure vessel main weld and welding materials and welding technology research” Scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting. The meeting was chaired by Director General Ma Jingkun of Science and Technology Work Department of China Machinery Industry Federation. Appraisal Committee consists of 8 well-known experts in the industry: Song Tihu, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of China Mechanical Engineering Society, Feng Jicai, President of Harbin Institute of Technology Weihai, Professor Li Wushen of Tianjin University, Professor Liu Liming of Dalian University of Technology, Professor Zhu Sheng of Armored Force Engineering College, Chen Qingyang, deputy chief engineer of the company, deputy general manager of China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Company
