2014年6月23日,李克强总理在接见全国职业教育工作会议全体代表讲话时,再次强调要用改革的办法把职业教育办好做强。他指出,推动职业教育取得更好更大发展,不能用老办法、旧思路,一定要勇于改革、善于创新,根本上还是要处理好政府和市场的关系。《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》提出统筹发挥好政府和市场的作用,确定了“政府推动、市场引导”的原则,并对此两者范围做出明确区分,见表2-4。
On June 23, 2014, Premier Li Keqiang once again emphasized that we should make vocational education better and better by means of reform when he addressed all the representatives of the National Working Conference on Vocational Education. He pointed out: To promote a better and greater development of vocational education, we should not use the old method or the old way of thinking but must boldly reform and be good at innovation. We should fundamentally handle the relationship between the government and the market. The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education proposes that the government and the market should be brought into play in an integrated manner and the principle of “government promotion and market guidance” should be established and a clear distinction should be made between these two areas.
