原广西外贸厅外资办综合处处长唐献文,在2002～2004年,利用其掌握外资企业进口汽车配额审批权之便,违法审批“倒证贩子”提交的假申请材料,并大肆收受贿赂200多万元,使倒证贩子“营业额”一度达1000多万元。不久,外资办撤销。唐献文以为他从此高枕无忧了,然而检察机关还是找他来了。2007年3月5日,南宁市中级法院开庭审理此案,这桩本已随着撤销的机构而“消失”的大案浮出水面。
In 2002-2004, Tang Xianwen, former chief of the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Foreign Trade Office, illegally approved the false application materials submitted by the “counterfeit dealer” by using its control of the examination and approval authority for foreign-funded automobile quotas.
