我国已进入经济发展的转型时期,急需大量优秀的创新人才,高校是培养创新人才的重要基地,而高校图书馆则是培养大学生创新能力的重要领地。结合大学生创新能力相关理论,分析大学生创新能力的培养条件和高校图书馆在创新教育中的作用、优势,以大学生创新能力培养为着眼点,树立新的发展观念,从图书馆员素质提升、文献采购、服务内容、文献信息检索课程改革、环境建设等角度思考,建立相关制度,从而寻求以大学生创新能力培养为视角的高校图书馆发展模式。
China has entered a transitional period of economic development, urgently need a large number of outstanding innovative talents, colleges and universities is an important base for training innovative personnel, and university library is an important territory to cultivate innovative ability of college students. Combining with the related theory of undergraduates’innovation ability, this paper analyzes the cultivating conditions of undergraduates’innovation ability and their functions and advantages in innovation education. Focusing on the cultivation of undergraduates’innovation ability, this paper establishes a new concept ofdevelopment, Purchasing, service content, curriculum reform of literature and information retrieval, environment construction and other related systems, so as to seek for the development mode of university library based on the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability.
