“以学生为本”就是把学生视作与成人有完全平等人格的“人”,着眼于学生,服务于学生,以学生的发展为教学的出发点和归宿,只有确立以人为本的教学理念,优化教学方法,建立平等互动的师生关系,才能让学生真正参与到数学教学的全过程中来,最终成为课堂教学的主人。
“Student-oriented” means that students are regarded as “people” who have full equality of personality with adults. They focus on students and serve students. The development of students is the starting point and destination of teaching. Only the people-oriented teaching philosophy is established and teaching is optimized. The method of establishing an equal and interactive teacher-student relationship enables students to truly participate in the entire process of mathematics teaching and eventually becomes the master of classroom teaching.
