现代社会司法的重要性日益凸显,司法公信力成为法治社会的重要基石。然而当前我国司法实践中司法不公、司法腐败、司法判决执行难的问题时有发生,司法公信力现状却不容乐观,提升我国的司法公信力刻不容缓。深入了解我国司法公信力的现状,才能提出相应的完善对策,进一步提升我国的司法公信力。
The importance of judiciary in the modern society has become increasingly prominent, and the credibility of the judiciary has become an important cornerstone of the rule of law in society. However, the current judicial practice in our country has a lot of problems, such as unfair judicature, judicial corruption and difficult execution of judicial judgments. However, the status quo of judicial credibility is not optimistic. It is imperative to enhance our judicial credibility. With a thorough understanding of the status quo of judicial credibility in our country, we can put forward corresponding perfecting measures to further enhance our country’s judicial credibility.
