本文在回顾了我国高校高水平运动队办学历程的基础上,提出我国高校高水平运动队的核心组成,分析了我国高校高水平运动队管理所存在的主要问题及其原因,提出了高校高水平运动队是高校校园文化建设重要的方面,对高校深入贯彻素质教育起着积极的作用。针对高水平运动队教练员管理、运动员管理、学训矛盾等问题提出建议。
