目的总结分析护理配合标准指南在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法以240例无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查患者为研究对象,随机划分为对照组和观察组,各有120例,对照组按照常规方法实施护理,观察组在护理中则采用护理配合标准指南,回顾分析两组患者临床护理的相关资料。结果在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查时间、患者临床护理满意度方面,观察组和对照组之间存在着较大的差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在无痛胃镜、无痛肠镜检查中采用护理配合标准指南,能够缩短检查时间,同时还能提升整个护理过程中的服务质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of nursing cooperation standard guideline in painless gastroscopy and painless colonoscopy. Methods A total of 240 patients with painless gastroscopy and painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 120 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated according to routine methods while those in observation group were treated with standard of nursing Guideline, retrospective analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing related information. Results There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy time and clinical nursing satisfaction (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing and painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy with standard guidelines, can shorten the examination time, but also improve the quality of care throughout the nursing process, it is worth promoting the application.
