通过高特异性、高敏感性的抗原抗体反应,应用透射比浊法,对86例健康人红细胞膜(RBC_m)载脂蛋白(apo)A_1、B及胆固醇作了测定分析,其中apoB,A_1的参考范围分别为23.25±4.02×10~(12)mg/cell、7.32±1.95×10~(12)mg/cell,胆固醇为0.28±0.44×10~(12)mmol/cell。其批内变异系数均<5%。膜胆固醇与apoA_1、B均存在显著相关性。apoA_1与apoB亦有相关性。显然,膜载脂蛋白A_1、B均与膜胆固醇的代谢有密切关系。即提示其在RBC_m与血浆脂蛋白、胆固醇交换中起到转运并维持膜胆固醇的稳定性作用。另外对40例糖尿病人(DM)的红细胞膜的apoA_1、B及胆固醇作了相应测定。结果表明RBC_m的apoA_1有显著性增高,spoB有显著性降低,而膜胆固醇无明显变化。而且其膜胆固醇/膜apoA_1有显著性降低,而膜胆固醇/膜apoB有显著性增高。

The results showed that apoA_1 in RBC_m increased significantly, spoB decreased significantly, but no significant changes in membrane cholesterol. And its membrane cholesterol / membrane apoA_1 significantly reduced, while the membrane cholesterol / membrane apoB increased significantly.
