近年来,随着教育和教学观念的不断更新,幼儿教育模式也不断变化和丰富。集体活动开始向区域活动的转变,就深受广大幼儿和幼儿教师的喜爱。在区域活动中,活动多元,教具丰富,幼儿自由空间大,兴趣高,老师指导灵活,特点鲜明。但随之而来的问题是,作为一名幼儿教师如何在集体活动向区域活动转化中提升自己,以更好的适应区域活动。这是当前幼教实践发展中亟待解决和提高的问题。因此,我们在指导幼儿学习过程中,从认识和实践层面对上述问题作了一定的探索和思考。
In recent years, with the continuous renewal of education and teaching concepts, the preschool education model has also been constantly changing and enriched. Community activities began to change the activities of the region, by the majority of children and kindergarten teachers love. In the regional activities, diversified activities, ample teaching aids, free and open space for children, high interest, flexible teacher guidance and distinctive features. But the question then arises as a kindergarten teacher how to improve himself as a group activity transforms into a regional activity to better adapt to regional activities. This is an issue that urgently needs to be solved and improved in the current practice of preschool education. Therefore, we have made some exploration and reflection on the above problems in the process of guiding young children’s learning from the aspects of cognition and practice.
