在道路工程中,蜡制养护剂(EWCA)主要用于水泥混凝土施工养护或作为水泥混凝土路面面层和贫混凝土基层之间的隔离剂。受荷叶效应的启发,本研究进行了一系列室内试验,以评价涂覆有EWCA的水泥混凝土表面冰层的机械性能。试验结果表明,冰层和涂覆有EWCA的混凝土表面的层间摩擦和黏结有较大降低,并且冰层更容易被破碎和去除。因此,在水泥混凝土表面上喷涂EWCA可以提高水泥混凝土表面的机械除冰效率。
In roadworks, wax curing agents (EWCA) are primarily used for concrete construction maintenance or as a release agent between cement concrete pavement and lean concrete substrate. Inspired by the lotus leaf effect, a series of laboratory tests were conducted in this study to evaluate the mechanical properties of EWCA coated concrete surface ice sheets. The experimental results show that the interfacial friction and adhesion between the ice layer and the concrete surface coated with EWCA are greatly reduced, and the ice layer is more easily crushed and removed. Therefore, spraying EWCA on the surface of cement concrete can improve the mechanical deicing efficiency of the surface of cement concrete.
