护理人才管理是指医院为实现既定目标,以行政为主的手段,运用科学的理论和方法对护理人才进行有效的管理的各种活动。护理学科要实现现代化,必须培养和造就大批高质量、高水平的护理人才,这也是医院技术能力强弱和科学水平高低的标志之一。本文仅根据护理工作的特点在护理人才的类型及特征上略述已见,意与同行们共同探讨。
Nursing talent management refers to the various activities that hospitals use to manage their nursing talents in an effective manner by using scientific theories and methods in order to achieve their goals and make them administratively oriented.
