Perovskite manganites show exotic functionalities due to the coupling between spin,charge,orbital and lattice,such as metal-insulator transition, colossal magnetoresistance(CMR),charge-orbital order and phase separation.Recently,an extraordinary anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR) has been observed in perovskite manganite single crystals.
