介绍一种利用组对法焊接制作H型钢的加工方法。该方法将H型钢与组合胎具刚性组合,使组合构件的横截面形心轴接近焊缝中心,使焊缝收缩对组合截面产生很小的弯矩,并使组合截面的抗弯刚度大大增加,从而减少焊接变形,保证了H型钢焊接后的平直度。对组对法焊接制作工艺减少H型钢焊接变形的原理进行了理论分析,介绍了用组对法焊接制作H型钢的工艺流程。结果表明,用组对法焊接制作的H型钢,满足使用要求。
