1临床资料患者女,13岁。左大腿内侧大片簇集点状红斑3年。3年前,无明显诱因患者左大腿内侧发现有壹元硬币大簇集点状红斑,无瘙痒和疼痛及感觉异常等不适,未予处理。后红斑逐渐增多,并向周围不规则扩展。既往体健,无特殊病史、个人史、家族史,一般查体均无特殊。皮肤科情况:左大腿内侧见细小的棕色或鲜红色斑点,紧密群集,形成斑片,部分聚集形似小环状,周围有较多新发皮疹,匍行性外观,无紫癜性损
