例1 71天男性婴儿,因便秘10天,3小时前,服石蜡油一调羹,服后发生持续呛咳、气促,即于1963年8月27日入院。检查:体温39℃,呼吸72次/分,表情痛苦,呼吸困难,鼻翼搧动,口唇发绀,呼吸音减弱,未闻啰音。余无特殊发现。X 线检查:8月28日胸部平片未见异常,次日胸透发现右上肺及二肺门旁模糊阴影,9月3日平片显示二肺门区及右肺上部有大片模糊阴影,沿着肺纹理及两心膈区均有改变。经用抗菌素等治疗后体温降至正常,症状逐渐好转,于9月13日出
