目的:了解国内食品实验室的三聚氰胺的检测能力和水平,识别实验室间存在的差异,帮助相关实验室掌握三聚氰胺检测的关键技术,督促其保持和提高三聚氰胺的检测能力。方法:采用包括方案设计、样品制备、均匀性试验、稳定性试验和结果统计等方法,对全国577个食品检测实验室乳粉中三聚氰胺的检测能力进行了分析。结果:三聚氰胺的检测满意率为76.4%,补测合格率为83.8%。结论:大部分食品实验室具备检测三聚氰胺的能力。可疑和不满意实验室通过分析实验中存在的问题,能够查找不足并采取相应的改进措施,绝大多数实验室补测结果满意。
Objectives: To understand the detection ability and level of melamine in domestic food laboratories, to identify the differences among laboratories, to help relevant laboratories to master the key technologies of melamine testing and to urge them to maintain and improve the detection capability of melamine. Methods: The detection ability of melamine in milk powder of 577 food testing laboratories in China was analyzed by methods including program design, sample preparation, uniformity test, stability test and result statistics. Results: The satisfaction rate of melamine detection was 76.4%, and the passing rate of melamine was 83.8%. Conclusion: Most food laboratories have the ability to detect melamine. Suspicious and dissatisfied laboratory through the analysis of the problems in the experiment, to find inadequacies and take appropriate corrective measures, the vast majority of laboratory retest results are satisfactory.
