《国务院关于建立、健全普通本科高校高等职业学校和中等职业学校家庭经济困难学生资助政策体系的意见》实施以来,基本上解决了家庭经济困难学生的就学问题。本文通过统计某学院机电系贫困生的奖学金比率、资助金额、校园活动参与率、课程不及格率等数据,分析了贫困生面临的种种问题,提出三种管理机制,以期帮助贫困生在生活、心理两方面同时脱贫。
Since the implementation of the “Opinions of the State Council on Establishing and Improving the Subsidy Policy System for Students from Household Economic Difficulties in Higher Vocational Colleges and Secondary Vocational Schools”, the problem of attending school for students with economic difficulties has basically been solved. This paper analyzes the problems faced by poor students and puts forward three kinds of management mechanisms through statistics such as the scholarship ratio, the amount of subsidy, the participation rate of campus activities, the failure rate of the curriculum and so on, and proposes three management mechanisms to help poor students in their daily life, Psychological both at the same time out of poverty.
