兰州市图书馆学会于1988年9月12日上午举办会员活动日,70余名会员前往参加。为了贯彻西北五省(区)图书馆学第三次科学讨论会精神,首先由出席这次讨论会的代表、兰州市图书馆学会秘书长李尚德作了传达汇报。兰州市图书馆学会还邀请了甘肃省图书馆原历史文献部主任、副研究馆员牟实库向会员作了“在新时期如何做一个合格的图书馆工作者”的报告,受到大家的赞扬。会议主持者、兰州市图书馆学会会长陈宏达在宣布进行第三项议程时,向会员传达了
