目的研究双流中华按蚊传播疟疾的阈值和潜势,为当地疟疾监测、预警与防治提供科学评价指标。方法选取蚊密度较高的3个村为调查点,其中坝区2个、浅丘1个,于2011-07/09现场调查媒介按蚊的叮人率、经产蚊比例、人血指数,收集观察期间的平均气温数据。根据基本繁殖率概念计算以媒介按蚊临界叮人率为指标的传播疟疾阈值。结果双流县中华按蚊的人血指数是0.05,实际叮人率为1.93,中华按蚊的媒介能量分别是0.015 0(恶)、0.018 3(间),中华按蚊的临界叮人率分别是12.838 4(恶)和10.553 5(间)。结论双流县按蚊的实际叮人率低于其传播疟疾的临界叮人率,说明由中华按蚊引起的疟疾传播已被阻断。
Objective To study the threshold and potential of malaria transmitted by Anopheles sinensis in Shuangliu and to provide scientific evaluation indicators for local malaria surveillance, early warning and prevention. Methods Three mosquitoes with high mosquito density were selected as survey sites, of which 2 were in the dam area and 1 were shallow mounds. The rate of bite of anopheles mosquitoes, the ratio of mosquito production and human blood index were collected from 2011-07 / 09 Observation of the average temperature during the data. Based on the concept of basic reproduction rate, the threshold of transmission malaria, which is based on the critical bite rate of Anopheles vectors, was calculated. Results The human blood index of Anopheles sinensis in Shuangliu County was 0.05 and the actual bite rate was 1.93. The vector energy of Anopheles sinensis was 0.015 0 (E) and 0.018 3 (A) respectively. The critical bite rate of Anopheles sinensis were 12.838 4 (Evil) and 10.553 5 (Between). Conclusion The actual bite rate of Anopheles in Shuangliu County is lower than the critical bite rate of malaria transmission, which indicates that transmission of malaria caused by Anopheles sinensis has been blocked.
