声乐教学过程是一个复杂而又矛盾的过程,说其复杂是因为教学其间以抽象思维向度为主导,歌声对于学习者来说即看不见也摸不着,全凭学习者的想象力和音色辨别能力来进行声音方面的调整;说其矛盾是因为学习中充斥着“自相矛盾”的观点,归结起来可以将这些矛盾分为:“前后矛盾”与“上下矛盾”。要想将这些矛盾平衡的解决掉,就必须要依托于学习者拥有较强的“想象”及“逆向思维”能力。
