我们要把加快制度创新平台建设、加快高新技术产业发展作为2004年园区工作的主线,为“十五”末实现“五年上台阶”的目标打下坚实基础。2004年园区经济发展的主要预期目标是:力争实现技工贸总收入3350亿元,同比增长18%;实现增加值690亿元,同比增长15%;上缴税费154亿元,同比增长20%。为此,要做好以下工作:
