纵观历史,中小学的领导体制几经变革,在建国初期曾实行校务委员会制,1952年以来先后实行校长责任制、党支部领导下的校长分工负责制等。20世纪80年代后期,为了给教育改革的深入发展提供体制保障,学校内部管理体制实行了“三制”改革,即实行校长负责制、教职工聘任制、结构工资制。
Throughout history, the leadership system of primary and secondary schools changed several times. During the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the school committee system was practiced. Since 1952, the leadership system of principals and the responsibility system of school heads under the leadership of the party branches have been implemented. In the late 1980s, in order to provide institutional guarantees for the further development of education reform, the internal management system of the school implemented the “three systems” reform, that is, implementing the principal responsibility system, faculty appointment system and structural wage system.
