应用连轧稳态数学模型计算影响系数,是分析连轧机的综合特性、选择合理的操作规程和控制系统的一种有效方法.本文以连轧张力公式为基础建立了稳态数学模型,在电子计算机上计算了分别改变辊缝、轧辊速度、坯料厚度和坯料硬度时,厚度和张力的变化值,即影响系数.得到了坯料硬度和厚度对张力影响的不同结果.计算结果与国外研究者的计算和实验结果相近,证明了模型的正确性.本模型具有结构简明.计算公式少的特点,特别是引入了连轧常数Wi,可以用参数估计的方法实现模型的“自适应”.
It is an effective method to analyze the comprehensive characteristics of continuous rolling mills and select reasonable operation rules and control system by using the steady mathematical model of continuous rolling to calculate the influence coefficient.This paper establishes the steady state mathematical model based on the tension formula of continuous rolling, The change of thickness and tension, namely the influence coefficient, were calculated on the computer respectively when changing the roll gap, roll speed, blank thickness and blank hardness.The different results of the influence of the blank hardness and thickness on the tension were obtained.The results were in good agreement with those of foreign researchers The result of calculation is in good agreement with the experimental results, which proves the correctness of the model.The model has the advantages of simple structure and few calculation formulas, especially the continuous rolling constant Wi can be introduced to realize the “adaptive” of the model by the method of parameter estimation.
