结缕草(Zoysia japonica steud)种子发芽困难是影响我国当前足球场和其他运动草坪发展的关键性难题。许多地区引进结缕草种子,播种以后田间出苗率在1%以下,因而造成种植的失败。其次是从播种到出苗需要长达1个月的时间,这期间要保持表层土壤的湿润,防止田间杂草的侵害都是很困难的。
