目的:建立同时测定工作场所中锌铜的方法。方法:利用超声波浸取直接火焰原子分光光度法测定。结果:方法加标回收率范围锌是92.4%~106.6%,铜是97.2%~103.4%,相对标准偏差两者都小于10%。结论:方法具有简单、环保、准确等优点,可用于工作场所中锌铜的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of zinc and copper in the workplace. Methods: Determination by direct flame atomic spectrophotometry using ultrasonic leaching. Results: The recoveries ranged from 92.4% to 106.6% for zinc and from 97.2% to 103.4% for copper with relative standard deviations less than 10%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simplicity, environmental protection, accuracy and so on, and can be used for the determination of zinc and copper in the workplace.
