本研究为前瞻性随机、双盲临床试验,通过角膜内皮细胞连续计数,观察 PRK 术中联合应用丝裂霉素 C(MMC)后角膜内皮细胞密度的变化。15例双眼近视眼患者左右眼随机分组行 PRK 或 Epi-LASIK 手术,行 PRK 的眼术中同时使用 MMC,即PRK-MMC 组;行 Epi-LASIK 的眼术中不使用MMC,即对照组。PRK-MMC 组术前平均近视为(-3.32±0.479)D(-2.00～-4.75 D),平均角膜
This study was a prospective, randomized, double-blind clinical trial. The corneal endothelial cell density was observed after corneal endothelial cells were continuously counted in combination with mitomycin C (MMC). The left and right eyes of 15 patients with binocular myopia were randomly divided into PRK or Epi-LASIK. PRK-MMC was used simultaneously in PRK. No MMC was used in the operation of Epi-LASIK. The average preoperative myopia in PRK-MMC group was (-3.32 ± 0.479) D (-2.00 ~ -4.75 D)
