吡哌酸(PPA)系化学合成的第2代吡啶酮酸类抗菌药物,临床广泛用于敏感G~-杆菌感染的治疗,如泌尿道、消化道感染等。近年来研究成功多种新剂型,拓宽了PPA的临床应用范围。1 吡哌酸滴耳液 吡哌酸0.2g,甘油加至100ml。治疗急慢性化脓性中耳炎、滴耳,1～2次/d,每次1～2滴。治愈时间平均2.6d,治愈率100％。2 吡哌酸溶液 吡哌酸2g,偏碱性蒸馏水加至100ml。主治G~-杆菌所致感染性伤口及烧伤、烫伤等。用法:先将伤口或创面作常规清洗,用浸透吡哌酸溶液的纱条覆盖,包扎,换药1次/d。一般换药3次后,伤口肉芽组织水肿及分泌物消失,即可进行植皮手术。
