国家经济快速发展,国民生活水平不断提高,人们的健康意识与健康服务需求将持续增长[1],各类体检中心、健康管理中心等应运而生,重视体检的服务、体检设备及体检的环境,让体检客户得到很好的体验。但目前健康体检缺乏系统、全面、持续的后续服务,其防病控病的真正意义未得到充分体现[2]。只是单纯的健康体检已远远不能满足体检客户的要求,应更加注重体检的后续服务,就是对健康的管理。体检后回访、健康咨询是健康管理服务的手段之一。
