长期以来,《中国计算机用户》秉持“面向产业、面向应用”的宗旨,通过多期专题,对“IT投资‘黑洞’”的问题、“信息中心向何处去”的问题、“信息化建设的风险与价值评估”的问题,以及“如何建设有效益的信息化”等重大理论和实践课题,给予了足够的关注,并得到了广大用户、企业和产业界人士的好评。 经过一段时间的酝酿和交流,我们组织了本次“治理与信息化”专题,希望针对信息化建设进程中存在的深层次的问题,诸如“IT战略与企业战略的融合”、“IT治理与企业治理的关系”、“信息主管、CIO的治理结构”、“独立的IT审计对IT投资有效的监督和控制作用”、“规范、标准化的IT服务管理流程的重要性”等,展开全方位的、深度的报道,以期为广大用户和企业展现全新的知识领域,与企业和产业界专家共同重新认识IT的定位、作用和价值,共同促进建设有效益的、可持续发展的信息化。 公司治理问题和IT治理问题,已经日益成为世界先进国家广泛关注的重要课题,但在IT媒体内尚没有较为完整介绍相关内容的先例,为此,我们精心准备了本次专题,以飨读者。
