预计在2011年3月开工,当年10月份完工长春站综合交通换乘中心正在建设规划中,人民大街将下穿长春火车站,实现南北相通。按照计划,南枢纽地面交通改造工程包含人民大街下穿火车站,该计划预计在2011年3月开工,当年10月份完工,工程时间是7个月。人民大街下穿工程从胜利公园附近开始,马路两侧的商户在施工期间肯定会受到一定影响。
