上前牙残根残冠的修复多数利用成品冠桩、塑料牙片与自凝塑料一次性修复,采用手法弯制金属舌面背一次性修复应用较少.在1984年～1995年间,行上前牙美容冠修复635例.一、临床资料:本组上前牙美容牙冠635例,其中男性254例,女性158例.年龄最小15岁,最大70岁.塑料全冠296例,塑料金属联合冠339例.随访塑料冠196例,舌面背桩冠216例,其中中切牙262例,占复查总数412例的63.59%,侧切牙106例,占25.73%,尖牙44例,占10.68%.
