突发事件管理中的信息管理是关键,如果处置不当,容易造成事件的扩大化,将会给高校带来巨大损失,甚至影响社会稳定。因此,突发事件管理尤其是加强对突发事件信息传播过程的有效管理,便成为处置突发事件的一项重大课题。针对校园突发事件的特点,根据突发事件信息传播的阶段和过程,突发事件的信息管理应对应从建立预防体系、建立信息管理体系、注重媒体应对、加强突发事件应对培训等几个方面进行优化。
The management of information in emergency management is the key. If not handled properly, it will easily lead to the enlargement of events, which will bring tremendous losses to colleges and universities and even affect social stability. Therefore, emergency management, especially the effective management of emergency information dissemination process, has become a major issue for handling emergencies. According to the characteristics of campus emergencies, according to the stage and process of the dissemination of emergency information, the information management of emergencies should meet the following aspects: establishing prevention system, establishing information management system, paying attention to media response and strengthening emergency response training optimize.
