The trade union organization of state-owned enterprises is an important bridge for the party and government in the enterprise to keep in close contact with the masses and provides a solid foundation for the work of enterprises in industrial management, scientific research and harmonious and stable management. Under the new historical conditions, the trade union organizations must uphold the people-oriented working concept, earnestly perform the functions of trade unions, unite the cadres and workers, pool manpower, pool wisdom and create a united and stable internal environment for the development of the enterprise.
